I've started to follow the Outlaw Way for the past 3 weeks ( about 70% due to work conflicts)
Anyways here goes:
BB Gymnastics
1) 5X3 Snatch off Blocks (just below the knee) – heavy but fast, rest 60 sec.
115 * 5..overall not good got to hit the hips, pull than keep my arms locked out b4 coming up

Strength - Did this after the conditioning because Steven, De Vita, and JD were doing the condiitoning
1a) 3X10 “Strict” Weighted GH Raise – rest 60 sec. (no swing, start from a position parallel to the floor) Demo Video

Conditioning
4 rounds for total working time of:
5 MU
20 Burpees
7 Deadlifts @ 315/225#

Scaled the deadlifts to 275
overall around 33 minutes with the first split being 4 minutes and the last 3 about 6 minutes..DL's slowed me down tremendously was hitting singles from the first round

PS. Don't wear oly shoes while deadlifting..tends to keep u on ur toes more
